General Return Policy
At Terry Howell, our customers are at the heart of what we do. That's why if something’s not right, you can return a product to us within 14 days and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. A valid proof of purchase is required in order for us to carry out a return. If you don't have proof of purchase, you will be offered an exchange for goods to the value of your return. Returned items must be brought back in their original, undamaged packaging and condition.
Faulty Items
If you discover a fault or defect with one of our products, we're happy to provide a refund, exchange or reduction in the cost of the item. Cases will be assessed individually.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once processed, refunds take can take 3-5 working days to be credited to your card or account. In the majority of cases, funds can be back in your account within 24 hours but this will typically depend on your card provider. Please note that online refunds may take up to 3 working days.
Can I Have Items Collected for a Refund?
We offer a collection service for items that you would like us to pick up for return. Please note that a collection fee will apply, as well as our standard restocking fee of 10%. The collection charge and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund value.
